Unit Keeper provides the ability to convert complex Units in multiple dimensions into their equivalent values and then allow you to store them as notes.
Entering new units is accomplished by typing the unit after the value, such as:
11.999 kg/m².°C = 4.42366364161622 lb/ft².°F
L⁻².M.Θ⁻¹
Or perhaps you need to convert something crazy:
23 kJ.MHz.Pa/oz = 57260.3216826005 cal.fps.inHg/g
L.M.T⁻⁵
Unit Keeper will also check if your dimensions are consistent as well as showing you the SI Unit equivalents.
• Do you need to keep track of a set of conversions?
Unit Keeper will allow you to collect all your important conversions you wish to keep in separate files or as read only notes.
• Want to keep notes of specific conversions?
Conversions will allow you to do this as well organised in separate files if you so desire.
• But how do you enter such complex units?
This is where Unit Keeper helps, there are two ways to enter such units:
1. You can hit the ‘Units’ button on the right where it will bring up a popup window showing you all the Units you can simply select to form a complex unit set.
2. You can also type your units directly into the number text fields.
Typing 14 kg.m3.min-2 will transform into 14 kg/m³.min²;
10 MHz2.in3/min2 will transform into 10 MHz² .in³/min²
You can share your conversions and notes to other people as all your work is held in handy files.
